We are always on the look out for the exceptional to join our family.

The members of our family hail from a variety of backgrounds, nationalities and differing levels of experience however we all share familiar traits -attention to detail, a strong work ethic and a passion to serve.

We believe strongly in training and progression with a strong focus on cross fertilisation so we can better understand the roles of our colleagues.

Favourite things about CA:
Working with people I genuinely love to be around & the guests that come into the restaurant.

Least favourite thing about CA:
Making delicious cocktails that I don't get to drink myself!

Our steak sandwich we have on our lunch specials at present!

Current Sentence:
Here from day one! (7 years)

Favourite things about CA:
There's no better feeling than working with staff that buy into what we believe in.

Least favourite thing about CA:
The fear of failure, we have always said from day one, if it didn't work, we only had ourselves to blame.

Interesting Fact:
I started an allotment during the first lockdown and now have a second one called Cyprus Avenue Garden! We get some great seasonal fruit and veg that we use in the restaurant.

Favourite dish:
Teriyaki monkfish kebabs. The menu reflects on our experiences and what we like to eat. We use great, local produce surrounding us and put our own CA twist on dishes.

Current Sentence:
3 plus years!

Favourite things about CA:
I have a few! I love seeing how happy our guests are once I've planned their wedding receptions and celebrations. I really like the feeling of being valued in a workplace, something I really lacked previously. I enjoy working alongside a strong management team, we all have different strengths so we work really well together.

Least favourite thing about CA:
There's not enough hours in the day!

Interesting Fact:
I have a huge celebrity crush on Alan Sugar.

Favourite dish:
Our new cocktail list....does that count!

Time goes too quickly!

Interesting Fact:
I worked on Norman Island in the British Virgin Islands for a season and Maine for 4 seasons

The BBQ boneless beef ribs, a classic from day 1!
